Mission Statement of The Confederate State Representatives

The State Representatives shall serve as the Second Continental Congress and acting as Delegates forming the restored government for the Confederate States of America in the interim prior to the election of a President of the Senate who shall with the permission of the C.S.A. Representatives serve as President Pro Tem over the central government of the Confederacy if ratified by 2/3rds of the of the Confederate States involved. 

There shall be one representative from each of the thirteen Confederate States acting as State representative.

The Speaker will act as the chief executive of the Representatives and thus of the CSA, recognizing that he may establish or determine official positions or launch ideas and actions with prior approval of the Court and the majority vote of the CSA State representatives in congress assembled. The Speaker shall forward a copy of any and all documents to the Constitutional Court and the State Department.  The Speaker shall assign committees for projects, coordinating committees of the State Representatives by phone, email and by Post.  The term of service of the Speaker is limited to 6 months during which time he shall serve at the pleasure of the Representatives of the several occupied Confederate States.  His term may be extended for one extra term in succession by majority vote of the State Representatives in congress assembled. The Speaker may resign, but with notice in writing to both the Secretary of State and the body of State Representatives giving at least 30 days for a replacement and in resigning or finishing a term he will tender documents in his possession that will be needed by the replacement Speaker.

The mission of the Interim CSA State Representatives shall also be to appoint committees of the three other Departments namely, Department of War, Department of State.
Note that the Dept. of Justice, Treasury Branch, and the Office of Registration shall remain vacant and under the authority of the Constitutional Court until such time as the government is fully functional with an elected President.
Oath of Office
I recognize that the Confederated Republican Government of the Confederate States of America has never surrendered. I also recognize that the Confederated Republican Government of the Confederate States of America can never be surrendered.
I do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will, while serving as a State Representative for the Confederate States of America, without respect or regard to any and all persons, governmental agencies or departments, guard and protect the Constitution of the Confederate States of America, as is or as amended, from all enemies domestic or foreign, and shall impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me, according to the best of my abilities and understanding, so help me God.

The Interim Government for the Confederate States of America and the several Provisional Confederate State Governments do not sanction any violence against individuals, groups, organizations, or the occupational authorities. Any Citizen, civil servant, contractor or other aligned entities which commits or incites any acts of violence shall do so at their own risk and peril, and are subject to punitive actions by their Provisional Confederate State Government and the Interim Government. Punitive actions can include, but are not limited to, discharge and/or the severance of their relationship with their Provisional Confederate State Government and the Interim Government for the Confederates States of America. The several Provisional Confederate State Governments and the Interim Government for the Confederate States of America can and will access any and all applicable laws to maintain a peaceful restoration process.
