Oath of Office
I do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will, while serving in the office of Registration for the Confederate States of America, without respect or regard to any and all persons, governmental agencies or departments, guard and protect the Constitution of the Confederate States of America, as is or as amended, from all enemies domestic or foreign, and shall impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me, according to the best of my abilities and understanding, so help me God. I recognize that the Confederated Republican Government of the Confederate States of America has never surrendered. I also recognize that the Confederated Republican Government of the Confederate States of America can never be surrendered.
