Concerning the Restoration of our Southern Confederacy some explanation needs be made and understood. It should be made clear that while we all work toward the restoration of our Confederacy, the end goal does not end there at all: The end goal is to restore the Founders’ intent, something the occupiers have rejected and abandoned.
The Interim/Provisional government for The Confederate States of America holds true to the preamble to our 1961 Constitution for “the Provisional Government” for The Confederate States of America, which states in its preamble….

“We, the people of the Confederate States, each state acting in its sovereign and independent character, in order to form a permanent federal government, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity — …”

Our adversaries, being indoctrinated into a consolidated government, and being ignorant of just what is a “Federal government” or how the federal system functions, believe that our Confederacy established a permanent confederacy from which no State may secede because of the wording….

“to form a permanent federal government”

Our Confederacy should operate permanently under a wholly federal system, which does NOT mean that no State may secede, such would have been hypocritical and OUR Southern States that seceded would never agree to such foolishness. A permanent federal government simply means that the Confederacy shall operate permanently under a federal system, which means that each State government will APPOINT representatives to a congress in the central body, therefore each State GOVERNMENT that form the confederacy will have representation in a collective central body; the occupying government abandoned the federal system with the ratification of the 17th amendment which also ended the union of States, because without the State governments appointing representatives to the central body/congress there can be no union between the States, because the State governments are left out of the equation.

Further the Confederate Constitution was a temporary “Provisional Constitution” establishing a “Provisional Government” to continue UNTIL a PERMANENT CONSTITUTION Shall be in operation: The wording is as follows………

“We, the deputies of the sovereign and independent States of South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, invoking the favor of Almighty God, do hereby, in behalf of these States, ordain and establish this Constitution for the Provisional Government of the same: to continue one year from the inauguration of the President, or until a permanent constitution or confederation between the said States shall be put in operation, whichsoever shall first occur.”

So the provisional/interim government for the Confederate States of America Continues with this authority which the Late Chief Justice for The Provisional/Interim government for Confederate States of America described……

A characteristic of this type of convention is that they are dehors (beyond) the law; that they derive their powers from necessity and from revolutionary force and violence; that they are possessed, accordingly, to an indeterminate extent, depending on the circumstances of each case, of governmental powers: finally, that they are not subaltern (controlled) or ancillary to any other institution whatever, but lords paramount of the entire political domain.”

To put this in shorter terms….
The Interim/Provisional government derives its powers of necessity and intends to restore our Southern Confederacy, but that the 1861 CSA Constitution was instituted for the purpose as stated….

“until a permanent constitution or confederation between the said States shall be put in operation”

The Interim/Provisional government plans are to restore our Southern Confederacy understanding that the 1861 Provisional Constitution and Provisional government was established only between the States of South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana, the other States, and Territories were not actually officially party to that temporary Provisional Constitution, but fought for the Southern Confederacy becoming brothers and sisters in association. Therefore the plan is to utilize the understanding that the 1861 Constitution was temporary, therefore the plan is to utilize it ONLY as a means to return to the original 1781 Constitution, The Articles of Confederation and wholly federal system established by the founders and begin anew with 20/20 hindsight seeing the mistakes that were made leading to this point.

Sincerely …

James Everett
