The people grant powers to government via constitution which establishes government, those powers are then divided into separate jurisdictions within the government. Jurisdiction is the power of authority that is exercised over you as an individual as well as those organized into groups. CERTAIN RIGHTS ARE BEYOND GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION, THESE ARE UNALIENABLE RIGHTS.
